Seller Policy
Effective date: [EFFECTIVE DATE — set before launch]
This Seller Policy applies to everyone who sells on nexTTable ("vendors"). nexTTable is operated by Walking Visuals LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company. This policy works alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy — where this policy adds detail for sellers, the Terms still govern. By opening a table (storefront) on nexTTable, you agree to follow this policy.
1. Becoming a vendor
- You must have a nexTTable account (Sign in with Apple) and be at least 17.
- You must complete Stripe onboarding, including identity verification (KYC), before you can receive payouts. Stripe handles your banking and payout details under its own terms.
- List only under a shop name and categories that honestly represent what you sell.
2. Accurate listings
Every listing you post must be truthful and complete. You agree to:
- List only items you own and are legally allowed to sell.
- Use your own real photos of the actual item, and describe condition honestly (including flaws).
- State grading and certification accurately. Don't misrepresent, forge, or alter grades, certs, or authentication.
- Price in good faith and keep availability current — don't list items you can't or won't ship.
3. Prohibited items
You may not list or sell:
- Counterfeit, fake, replica, reprint, "custom," or proxy cards represented as genuine, or anything that infringes a trademark or copyright. Counterfeits are strictly prohibited and are grounds for immediate removal.
- Stolen goods or items you don't have the right to sell.
- Items with tampered or misrepresented grading, certification, or authentication.
- Anything illegal or restricted to sell where you or the buyer are located.
- Items outside nexTTable's supported categories (physical trading cards and directly related collectibles), or unrelated goods such as weapons, drugs, hazardous materials, or adult content.
4. Fulfillment and shipping
- Honor every accepted order and offer. Ship promptly — as a baseline, within 3 business days of an order unless your listing clearly states otherwise.
- Pack items so they arrive safely, and provide tracking where available.
- Keep buyers informed, especially if there's a delay. Risk of loss passes to the buyer on delivery.
- Don't cancel confirmed orders except for genuine issues (e.g., the item is damaged or out of stock); repeated cancellations may lead to account action.
5. Fees and payouts
- No monthly fee. There is no membership or subscription to run a storefront.
- Transaction fee: 10% (7% platform + 3% card processing) of the item subtotal on completed sales. Shipping is excluded from the fee base, and there are no per-listing fees. On a $100 sale of cards, the fee is $10; you net $90 plus the shipping you charged.
- Payouts are made to your connected Stripe account. Payout timing and any Stripe fees are governed by Stripe.
- You are responsible for your own taxes. Stripe may issue tax forms (e.g., 1099-K) where required.
6. Disputes and refunds
- Respond to buyer disputes promptly and in good faith through the app's dispute tools.
- If an item was not as described, damaged, counterfeit, or not delivered, work with the buyer to make it right; refunds are issued through Stripe.
- nexTTable may mediate and, where a charge can't be fulfilled as made, facilitate a refund. Excessive disputes or chargebacks may affect your standing.
7. Conduct and communication
Vendors are held to nexTTable's zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Communicate professionally in chat, offers, reviews, and disputes. If you host a communal chat room, use your moderation tools (remove messages; remove, time-out, or ban users) responsibly, not to silence legitimate complaints. Harassment, counterfeiting, fraud, or deceptive listings can result in immediate removal.
8. Enforcement
We may remove listings, hold or reverse payouts for disputed or fraudulent transactions, and suspend or permanently remove vendors who violate this policy or the Terms. Serious violations — counterfeits, fraud, or abuse — can result in immediate, permanent removal and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as the marketplace evolves. Material changes take effect on the revised effective date above; continuing to sell after a change means you accept it.
